The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of food for units supplied by the 15th Logistic Support Battalion in Szczecin, in accordance with the provisions contained in the SWZ, in the price form constituting Annex 3 to 3.21 to the SWZ, and with the OPZ annexes (separate for each part of the procedure). The subject of the order should be carried out in accordance with the conditions described in the above annexes. The detailed description of the order conditions also includes the projected provisions of the future contract (Annex 6 to the SWZ).
