Pursuant to article 2, 6°a and 7°b of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, the MUNICIPALITY OF BOCHOLT will act as a procurement centre in the sense that it will place public contracts or framework agreements relating to services intended for contracting authorities or contracting entities, more specifically:
No. Name Enterprise Number
1 Municipality of Bocholt, Dorpsstraat 16 in 3950 Bocholt 0207 471 518
2 OCMW Bocholt, Nevenplein 1 in 3950 Bocholt 0212 241 641
3 AGB Bocholt: Dorpsstraat 16 in 3950 Bocholt 0807 465 513
The contract conclusion with the contractor, after the award of the contract, will be done by the college of mayor and aldermen of the municipality of Bocholt. The execution will be done by and for each of the participating authorities (e.g. ordering on call, invoicing, payment, …). The individual authorities will each proceed to the conclusion of the agreement. There is no free take-up. Each authority can freely decide to insure or not to insure certain individual guarantees within the parcels. The current contract is a contract for services (intellectual service provision). It falls under category 06A of Annex 2 of the law of 17 June 2016 and concerns: RENEWAL AND PUTTING OUT TO TENDER OF THE INSURANCE PORTFOLIO AND RELATED SERVICES.
The contract for insurance services is divided into FOUR different parcels and VARIOUS lots as described in the technical dossier and listed below. This division is made to obtain the economically most advantageous solution, which may consist of continuing current insurances or to make managerial facilitation possible per parcel. The contracting authorities therefore reserve the right not to award the public contract in whole or in part (certain parcels and lots) and this without this giving rise to any right to compensation for the applicants. The applicants must register for a complete parcel (see point 2.5 award procedure) in order to ensure uniform communication and processing of the files and to facilitate management. The various lots within the parcels will, where possible, be translated into a global unique policy for the members who have joined with, however, an individual invoicing. The applicants may submit improvement proposals regarding the premium if several parcels are assigned to them.
