Germany – Engineering design services – Gemeinde Stralendorf - Neubau der Kindertagesstätte "Regenbogen"

The municipality of Stralendorf (owner/builder) plans the new construction of the Kindertagesstätte Regenbogen as a replacement for the existing facility as a separate building on the directly adjacent property for 40 children (28 kindergarten and 12 nursery school children). The planned new construction is intended to improve the care and framework conditions for the children and educators. In the new building, it is planned to offer 1 nursery area for 12 children and 2 kindergarten areas for 14 children each, so that a total of 40 children can attend the facility in Stralendorf. The possibility of an extension by 8 children (1 mixed group) should be taken into account. The planned net floor area of 328 sqm corresponds to the maximum permissible area for the fee calculation. The building site will use the existing property (plot 135/21, district 2) with an area of approximately 1,600 sqm, without impairing the existing open spaces and facilities of the current Kindertagesstätte. These will be retained and should continue to be used as outdoor play areas. The local character of the municipality in this area is characterized by single-storey buildings with gable and hipped roofs as well as outbuildings and extensions with different roof shapes. The planned single-storey building of the new Kindertagesstätte with the flat-pitched gable roofs is intended to blend harmoniously into the village scene. The subject of this tender is the building design according to HOAI 2021 Part 3 Building Design, Section 1 Buildings and Interior Spaces, Phases 3-9. The awarding of Stage 1 (Phases 3-4) will take place immediately, the awarding of Stage 2 (Phases 5-9) will take place after the approval of funding. There is no entitlement of the contractor to the awarding of Stage 2.
