Poland – Bus shelters – Dostawa i montaż nowych zielonych wiat przystankowych wraz z demontażem istniejących wiat przystankowych na terenie Gminy Wałbrzych

The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of new green bus shelters along with the dismantling of existing bus shelters in the area of Wałbrzych Municipality. 1.1. As part of the contract, the Contractor will also be obliged to: 1) supply and install 6 units of 4-module green bus shelters adapted for the installation of integrated, single-sided large-format monitors designed to work outdoors with a screen diagonal in the range of 70–80 inches; 2) supply and install 4 units of 4-module green bus shelters; 3) supply and install 6 units of 5-module green bus shelters adapted for the installation of integrated, single-sided large-format monitors designed to work outdoors with a screen diagonal in the range of 70–80 inches; 4) connect the new green bus shelters to the existing electrical installation or connect to a distribution box located at the bus stop. 5) dismantle, load, transport and unload to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority in the city of Wałbrzych 15 existing bus shelters from 14 locations; 6) prepare, obtain, approve and implement construction work projects and temporary traffic organization necessary for the installation of bus shelters; 7) carry out post-construction geodetic inventory; 8) secure the construction site and mark it to protect workers, third parties and road users; 9) tidy up the area and restore roadway elements (carriageway, pavement, bay etc.); 10) carry out insulation resistance measurements and measurements of the effectiveness of anti-shock protection for each shelter. The Contracting Authority will reject an offer in which the share of products, including software used in telecommunications network equipment, originating from Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on the equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU are applied by virtue of a decision of the Council, does not exceed 50% of the total value of the products covered by the offer. The Contracting Authority requires a declaration in this regard to be submitted in the Tender Form (art. 393 para. 1 point 4 of the Pzp Act). The Contractor will specify the manufacturer, model and country of origin of the offered bus shelters in the offer. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the Contractor's obligations as well as the rules of cooperation and mutual settlements of the Contractor with the Contracting Authority are contained in: - the contract draft constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ, - Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "DSC") – Annex No. 8 to SWZ.
