The subject of the advertised service is the creation of a tender-ready construction work schedule (Bau-LV) for the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems (PV-Anlagen) on the roofs of approximately 500 to 650 Bundeswehr buildings by the year 2030. For this purpose, the contractor is to create, based on surveys and investigations of five representative properties, a comprehensive Bau-LV covering all potentially required services in accordance with § 7b VS VOB/A. The Bau-LV is to serve as the basis for the engagement of companies to implement the PV-Anlagen in a subsequent procurement procedure. The provision of services is to be carried out in close coordination with parallel commissioned planning offices, which check the technical and economic suitability of the buildings and prepare the respective implementation plans. The aim is to enable immediate construction to follow the completion of analysis and planning by the early creation of the Bau-LV and the advance engagement of the construction companies.
