4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of factory-new, low-floor, electric-powered city buses. The contract is divided into two parts: 4.1.1. The first part of the contract concerns the delivery of 2 units of low-floor, electric-powered MIDI class city buses, with a total length ranging from 8.5 m to 9.5 m. Information about the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1A to SWZ – description of the subject of the contract. 4.1.2. The second part of the contract concerns the delivery of 2 units of low-floor, electric-powered city buses, with a total length ranging from 11.5 m to 12.2 m. Information about the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1B to SWZ – description of the subject of the contract. 4.2. The offered vehicles must be factory-new buses, produced in the year of delivery, by a single manufacturer, identical in type (in particular, identical in terms of equipment, fitted with identical, factory-new assemblies and components) – within the scope of the given part of the contract. For each bus, the Contractor will provide a warranty and a guarantee on the same terms.
