Netherlands – Research consultancy services – Monitor Nationaal Programma Grieppreventie (NPG) en Nationaal Programma Pneumokokkenvaccinatie Volwassenen (NPPV)

As part of the regulatory task, the contracting authority is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the NPG and NPPV. In this context, national monitors are drawn up annually to monitor the quality and accessibility of these vaccination programmes, to provide guidance, and to account for the client VWS. The national monitoring consists of the following (sub)products, namely the monitor for the NPG (Dutch and a shortened English version) and the monitor for the NPPV (Dutch and a shortened English version). The work with the current supplier ends on 31 December 2026. A new agreement for the monitoring of the NPG and NPPV must be tendered by the contracting authority. The aim of this European tender is to conclude a service agreement with one contractor for the monitoring of the NPG and NPPV. The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with the contractor for an initial period of one (1) year and ten (10) months, with an additional three (3) options to extend for one (1) year each. This results in a maximum duration of the agreement of four (4) years and ten (10) months. The intended start date of the agreement to be concluded is 1 January 2027 and runs until 30 October 2028.
