Netherlands – Construction work – Realisatie renovatie & nieuwbouw Districtsbureau Capelle aan den IJssel

The Contract involves advisory services and realisation (contractor) of the renovation (approx. 1,000 m² BVO) and new construction project (approx. 3,000 m² BVO) of the district office Capelle aan den IJssel, including 75 parking spaces on the 3,500 m² site, with a construction team as the organisational form. Based on this DO, the selected candidates shall submit their Registrations during the registration phase. The construction team contractor, awarded on the basis of the Final Design (DO), will act as an advisor during the design work (by previously contracted Total Engineer and consulting engineers) in developing the DO and bill of quantities. This contractor then, within the context of the tender, obtains the exclusive right to be the first and only to submit a tender based on the bill of quantities. Optionally, the development of the Execution Design (UO) can be assigned to the contractor.
