Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Objektplanung für den Neubau zweier Feuerwehrgerätehäuser in der Stadt Bexbach

The City of Bexbach intends to construct 2 new fire stations (2 lots). The so-called "South" site is located in the Bexbach district south of the road to the Saarpfalzpark. A feasibility study for the development of the South site is to be created in the second half of 2026. The project planning should not wait for the result but should already begin in parallel. The "North" site is located south of Kohlstraße in the Frankenholz district. The plot consists of two parts on either side of a road. A space program with project description (in Annex 3-Location and Project Description) is attached for the two sites. Further details, including the rough cost estimate, can be found in Annex 3. The planning services for the building project according to § 34 HOAI, phases 1-9 for the two lots are to be tendered. A staged awarding process will take place (the same applies to the landscape design according to § 39 HOAI, which will be awarded as a partial service of the contract for the building project). Initially, phases 1-4 will be awarded. Phases 5-9 will be awarded optionally. There is no entitlement to the awarding of further phases from phase 5 onwards. The annexes of the present invitation to tender contain various information, including site plans of the two areas (Annexes 5-1 and 5-2) on which the buildings are to be erected, as well as the space programs (Annexes 3-1 and 3-2). The planning for the two construction measures will be tendered in two sub-lots (South site and North site) within the present invitation to tender. It is possible to submit a request to participate or a tender for one of the lots or for both lots. It is possible that the award for the two lots may go to different bidders or to one bidder. Due to the framework conditions (building law requirements) for the two North and South projects, planning for the North site will likely begin slightly earlier than for the South site. However, the projects will likely not be planned and realised entirely consecutively. In addition to the building project, the structural design according to § 51 HOAI and the technical equipment planning according to § 55 HOAI will also be tendered in separate tenders, each in 2 lots.
