Information about forthcoming procurement – new production of dwellings in Knebildstorp

HFAB intends to procure the new production of approximately 90 apartments, distributed across two buildings of three and four floors respectively, with a shared courtyard environment including ancillary buildings in the form of a laundry room and bicycle storage.

The project is located at Berta Jönssons väg in Knebildstorp, Halmstad.

The contract will be procured as a turnkey contract with evaluation based on the lowest price.

Publication is estimated to take place in week 27, 2026. The last submission date is planned to be approximately 10 weeks after publication, taking into account a 4-week summer holiday.
