The subject of the public procurement contract is the supply of 6 servers, including installation work, warranty assurance and service support in the event of faults. The detailed specification of the subject of the public procurement contract is specified in the binding draft contract and its annexes, which are contained in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation. The supplier will be obliged to comply with all obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on the digital operational resilience of the financial sector and amending Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009, (EU) No 648/2012, (EU) No 600/2014, (EU) No 909/2014 and (EU) 2016/1011 and related legal acts.
