La Poste and La Banque Postale wish to select, for the communication directorate, its future suppliers of promotional items. The purchasing group is composed of La Poste and its subsidiary La Banque Postale, Siret number 421 100 645 00967 / Paris / France. La Poste acts as the coordinator of the purchasing group. The total duration of the contract, including renewal periods, is 24 months firm, renewable 3 times 12 months (5 years). La Poste and La Banque Postale will retain the 6 best-ranked candidates according to the criteria determined below, subject to obtaining a score of 10/20 or higher. The maximum amount is set at 8 500 000 € excluding tax, for the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewal periods. The contract will be awarded to a maximum of 3 contractors, who will be put back in competition for each new need expressed. The contract may be awarded to groups of companies.
