Germany – Utility vehicles – Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Nutzfahrzeugen mit Elektroantrieb bis 7,5 t mit besonderen Anforderungen

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, represented by the Procurement and Awarding Center of the Authority for Interior and Sport - organisationally affiliated with the Hamburg Police - intends to conclude framework agreements with as many vehicle manufacturers, general agents or authorized specialist dealers as possible for the purchase of various commercial vehicles (Nfz) and trucks (Lkw) with electric drive, taking into account the specific requirements of towing capacity and range for all authorities and offices of the FHH, including all state-owned enterprises, universities, the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) and the named institutions under public law and public enterprises. The contracting authority understands by the term "commercial vehicles with electric drive" vehicles with more than 3.5 tonnes up to 7.5 tonnes = N2, which are usually equipped in the driver's cab with only one row of seats with 2 or 3 seats or, in the case of a double cab, with a bench seat in the second row and are primarily intended for the transport of goods, persons or for further conversion and construction. Examples include: vans, flatbed trucks and chassis, suitable for further conversion and construction. The further conversion and construction of the chassis will also be the subject of the framework agreements (see section 2.2). All models / model series with all available electric drive types can be offered. Discounts on the list prices for various models / model series of electric commercial vehicles, including manufacturer-supplied special equipment, are to be offered. The currently foreseeable total demand during the contract period is 8 to a maximum of 20 vehicles of various designs (double cab, high roof, van). A specific order quantity cannot be given. The actual order quantity called off may vary.
