Germany – Architectural and related services – Realisierungswettbewerb Neubau Feuerwehrhaus | Kressbronn am Bodensee

The municipality of Kressbronn a. B. intends to build a new fire station in the Bachtobel area. The existing fire station is no longer adequately dimensioned in terms of personnel strength and vehicle inventory. The competition is announced as a single-stage, non-open, interdisciplinary implementation competition according to the guidelines for planning competitions RPW 2013, with a preceding selection procedure, with 25 participants. The issuer selects 7 participants in advance. The procedure is anonymous (Section 1 Paragraph 4 RPW 2013) and will be conducted in German (Section 5 Paragraph Annex I No. 20 RPW 2013). Eligible to participate are architects in teams with landscape architects as well as engineers in the field of structural design (or comparable qualification). The subject of the competition is services according to HOAI for the conception of the new construction of a fire station in Kressbronn am Bodensee. The aim of the competition is to obtain a high-quality, economical and sustainable building for this location that responds sensitively and appropriately to the urban planning and functional requirements.
