Germany – Engineering services – Gemeindewerke Haßloch - Neubau des Wasserwerks Benzenloch, Los 1 - Objektplanungsleistung für Ingenieurbauwerke sowie Fachplanung der Technischen Ausrüstung

The municipality of Haßloch GmbH (GWH) operates six deep wells in the Duttweiler district, Neustadt a. d. Weinstraße, the Benzenloch waterworks, the Rennbahnstraße underground reservoir and the water tower on Trappenberg. The treated water is supplied to the municipalities of Haßloch and Iggelheim as well as to the Stadtwerke Neustadt, which also has an emergency connection. The current drinking water supply is approximately 2 million m³/a. The waterworks and plant and building technology have remained virtually unchanged since construction in 1969 and no longer meet today's standards. To maintain and ensure water supply and to adapt the technology to current standards, the construction of a new waterworks is therefore necessary. This is to be realised in the immediate vicinity of the old building. The new building should have a treatment capacity of 500 m³/h and a purified water tank of 750 m³. It is also planned to carry out treatment in the future in a 5-stage process, with the following treatment steps to be carried out: - Aeration by means of injectors - Iron and manganese removal in pressure filters - Deacidification by means of flat-bed aerators - Disinfection by means of UV system. For water storage, there are currently 6 water chambers with a total volume of 6,500 m³ (waterworks 750 m³, underground reservoir 5,000 m³, water tower 1,000 m³). However, the storage capacity of the waterworks should be increased, as the continued operation of the water tower is uncertain and existing storage capacities may be lost. Pumping systems are required to achieve the operating pressure of 6 bar. These must be dimensioned so that this operating pressure is achieved and sufficient redundancy is available. The estimated net costs are: Cost group 200 - Site clearance 190,000 EUR; Cost group 300 - Building structure 2,620,000 EUR; including 370 - Pumps - Structural installations 120,000 EUR; Cost group 400 - Building structure - Technical installations 3,250,000 EUR; including 410 - Waste water, water and gas systems 590,000 EUR; 440 - High-voltage systems including a PV system 395,000 EUR; 470 - Usage-specific systems and process engineering systems 2,030,000 EUR; 480 - Building automation and automation of civil engineering structures 235,000 EUR; Cost group 500 - Open spaces/transport infrastructure 100,000 EUR. Total costs: 6,160,000 EUR. With this tender, the services of the project planning for civil engineering structures and the specialist planning of the technical equipment are announced as Lot 1. The services phases 1 to 9 according to § 41 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 and § 53 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 are advertised. Separately advertised: Lot 2 - Structural design services.
