Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2026-08

The health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is indicated by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredients, active ingredient combinations, or dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides for exceptions - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products in accordance with § 129 (2) SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.07.2026 (any deviations in start times are indicated in the relevant lot). The contract ends at the latest on 30.06.2028 (possible exceptions are indicated in the relevant lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
