The Awarding Authority seeks, through the Architectural Competition procedure, to secure the best possible solution for the State Archives Building and the outdoor spaces, from an urban planning, urban design, architectural, functional, aesthetic, cultural, environmental, economic, functional and construction perspective, and to assign to the winning architect the completion of the study and the supervision of the implementation of the Work, in accordance with the specified Work programme.
