The University of the Arts Berlin (UdK) is tendering the use/provision (lease) of new multifunctional printing, scanning and copying equipment. The tender also includes the necessary services and consumables. The scope of the tender includes 106 A4 B/W desktop printers, 82 A4 colour desktop multifunctional devices, 26 A3 colour stand-alone multifunctional devices and 21 A3 B/W stand-alone multifunctional devices for various locations at the University of the Arts in Berlin. The monthly A4 print volume is 191,710 B/W pages and 35,050 colour pages for all device types. The solution to be implemented must be integrable into the current system landscape of the UdK.
