Description

The subject of the public procurement contract is the preparation of project documentation, the provision of engineering activities and author supervision, including other related activities for the work: "VFN Prague – Area A – reconstruction of engineering networks in collectors" for the General Teaching Hospital in Prague (hereinafter also as "VFN") in Area A of the General Teaching Hospital in Prague, cadastral area 1645 k.ú. Nové Město. • The aim is the complete reconstruction of the main heat, hot and cold water distribution systems, which are located in underground collectors. • The aim includes necessary repairs to the electrical installation, replacement of lighting, installation of technical electrical energy distribution for future maintenance and repair work in the collector, commissioning of drainage channels and ensuring their subsequent connection to the sewerage system. • In view of the nature of the hospital's operation, a new heat and hot and cold water distribution system will be built alongside the existing systems, to which the individual media will be gradually connected in stages, and the original distribution system will be dismantled at the same time. All construction work will be carried out in a coordinated manner before the installation of the new distribution systems and after the dismantling of the original distribution systems. • A network of pneumatic tubes is routed in the collectors, which will be preserved. In cases where, due to partial relocations of pipes, there is a collision with the pneumatic tube distribution, the pneumatic tube will be dismantled at the point of collision and, after the relocation of the heat distribution, the route of the pneumatic tube will be adjusted so that it does not hinder operation in the collector and does not impede passage. • Technical gas distribution systems are routed in the collectors, which will only be interfered with if it is not possible to resolve the collision otherwise. • The designer's proposal will detail the individual steps of the construction of the new thermal network backbone and the dismantling, including the related impacts on the existing electrical energy distribution and pneumatic tube distribution. • Requirements for project documentation a) Prepare an assessment of the existing state of the collector, supplement and update the existing technical documentation in *.dwg format, the output will be a 3D model, updated documentation of the existing heat and water distribution, proposal of new distribution, including temporary relocations in *.dwg format. b) Organise the designer's control days, and that in a minimum scope of 2 hours once every 14 days, at the premises of the contracting authority with the contracting authority and specialist designers who will participate in the project preparation. The designer's control days will take place throughout the project preparation period with the expectation of up to the start of construction, with the contracting authority having the right to change the scope and deadlines for the control days. c) The documentation will include a list of works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities. The bill of quantities will be broken down by individual stages. d) The bill of quantities will be priced according to the current prices of construction works and services according to the price list of ÚRS. e) The documentation of the actual performance will be prepared and submitted to the contracting authority in 3 printed copies and in electronic form on 3 USB memory sticks. • Collaboration in the selection of the contractor a) Collaboration in the selection of the contractor is part of the performance of the public procurement contract, especially in the processing of additional information for the tender conditions for the selection of the contractor and further in the evaluation of tenders in the details of the list of construction works, supplies and services. • Further specifications of the subject of performance are given in Annex No. 7 of these tender conditions (hereinafter "ZP"). • The subject of performance of the public procurement contract is also defined by the binding draft contract, which forms Annex No. 2 of these ZP.
