Netherlands – Bicycles – Leasefietsen 2026

This concerns a joint European procurement by Veiligheidsregio Zaanstreek-Waterland and GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland for the provision and execution of a bicycle leasing scheme for employees. The contract includes, among other things, the delivery and leasing of bicycles, a digital ordering and management portal, administration, service, maintenance and support during the leasing period. The maximum combined value of the framework agreements amounts to € 2,200,000 exclusive of VAT for the maximum duration of six years. No minimum take-up, minimum turnover or take-up obligations can be derived from this maximum value. No new individual leasing agreements may be entered into once this maximum value is exceeded.
