Czechia – Furnishing – Interiérové vybavení prostor FRRMS – opakované řízení

The subject of this public contract is the supply, including manufacture, transport, installation and assembly, of interior furnishings for the premises of Mendel University in Brno, in building Z at the address třída Generála Píky 2005/7, 613 00 Brno. The supply will be carried out in accordance with the project documentation for the interiors prepared by the designer Ing. arch. Petr Goleš, ČKA 03613, with headquarters at Purkyňova 3035/35a, 612 00 Brno, see Annex 1 of the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "project documentation"), and includes the equipment of the following spaces: 1. Co-working room, 2. Environmental studies laboratory 3. Social studies laboratory, 4. Welcome office. The aforementioned spaces are simultaneously the subject of a separate public contract for construction works, the aim of which is to carry out the construction modifications of these spaces. The contracting authority assumes that the construction works will be completed within a timeframe that allows for the implementation of the supply and assembly of the interior furnishings according to this public contract. The subject of the performance includes in particular the supply and assembly of standard and non-standard furniture and other interior elements, namely: - office and laboratory desks, work and conference tables, - office, conference and laboratory chairs, - acoustic screens and modular seating elements, - cabinets, cabinet walls, archival units and other storage systems, - kitchen and laboratory units including counters with cutting boards, - stands for touch panels, - furniture accessories and fittings (e.g. cable grommets, cable ducts, flexible cable management, connection points in worktops), - other interior elements and surface finishes according to the project documentation (e.g. wallpaper). The subject of the public contract also includes: - surveying the actual dimensions of the affected spaces before the start of furniture production and adapting the products to the actual construction dimensions of the spaces, - preparation of production (workshop) documentation for non-standard interior elements, - submission of physical samples of the materials and colours used for approval by the architect, - manufacture, transport, installation and assembly of the supplied equipment on site in accordance with the project documentation and work schedule, - commissioning of the supplied equipment for use, so that the goods are fit for their intended purpose, - ensuring proper protection of the surrounding areas, which will be affected by the activities of the supplier, or which will be designated for storage, transport, and moving of goods, from contamination and damage for the entire duration of the contract performance, and subsequent restoration of the areas to their original condition, - submission of all necessary documents (certificates, certificates, user and maintenance instructions, etc.), - disposal and ecological disposal of waste generated, disposal of packaging material, and cleaning up after installation work in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended.
