Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Erweiterung und Sanierung Rathaus in Fronreute, Tragwerksplanung

The municipality of Fronreute intends, through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition, to award the structural design (LPH 1-6) according to § 51 Abs. 1 HOAI 2021 for the expansion and renovation of the town hall in Fronreute. The commissioning is to be carried out in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends, if the planning and implementation of the construction measure is continued, to call for further LPH (5-6). The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the commissioning to individual performance phases or partial services of individual performance stages or to individual sections of the construction measure.
