Within the scope of the contract, the contractor will carry out a process effort analysis, representative for all unemployment funds (ALK) of Switzerland, in selected ALK. The contract includes the following tasks: * The identification of the relevant unemployment funds for the conduct of the analysis. * The recording and documentation of the detailed processes and activities of the ALK. For the IT-supported processes within ASAL 2.0, these are already available (see Annex 2). Services not covered by ASAL 2.0 are to be recorded, checked and documented. * The definition of performance indicators based on the services and processes. * The collection of time inputs for the individual performance indicators. * The verification of comparability with results of previous surveys and their consideration. * The determination of performance points for the performance indicators defined in the LIK, based on the data collected. The contracting authority will support the contractor in the implementation of the contract. It will participate in the determination of the selection of the unemployment funds in which the analysis is to be carried out, establish the necessary contacts with the ALK and ensure their cooperation.
