Purchase of 124 db laptops under a supply contract with the following main technical parameters:

• Minimum compliance with US MIL-STD 810H military-grade standard

• Minimum WQXGA (2560 x 1600) resolution 16:10 aspect ratio glare-free display

• Minimum 144 Hz sRGB 100% display

• Minimum 16GB memory

• Minimum 512GB SSD

Only new (never used) devices and only identical (same make and model) devices may be offered. A full 3-year (36 months) manufacturer's warranty (on-site manufacturer's warranty) must be provided.

Where the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the procurement requires reference to a specific make, origin, type of item, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), also accepts the offer of equivalent devices, equipment, etc.

If the technical description refers to a specific make, origin, type of item, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, in that case the Contracting Authority in every instance also means the product that is "or equivalent to it." The proof of equivalence is the responsibility of the Tenderer. All forms of evidence are permitted for the Tenderer to prove equivalence. The exact quantitative and qualitative data are contained in the Procurement Documents.
