Slovakia – Services incidental to forestry – DNS Lesnícke činnosti v ťažbovom procese na OZ Horehronie, OZ Poľana, OZ Gemer

3.1 The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system and the awarding of individual contracts within the announced DNS for the subject of the contract entitled: „DNS - Forestry Services in the Extraction Process on OZ Horehronie, OZ Poľana, OZ Gemer“. The subject of the contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") will be the execution of the extraction process on OZ Horehronie, OZ Poľana, OZ Gemer. Forestry services in the extraction process for the purposes of this public procurement represent a process including the technological preparation of the workplace, tree felling, concentration of wood at the loading site, manipulation of wood at the loading site into designated assortments, recording of data and their entry into the IS (PSPD, others) and post-extraction improvement of the workplace. This is a specialized activity focused on sustainable forest management in such a way and to such an extent that their biological diversity, resilience, productive and regenerative capacity, longevity and ability to perform forest functions are maintained or improved. This is differentiated forest management, where various natural, stand, economic, economic and social conditions and requirements applied in the preparation and implementation of the forest care program and procedures according to special regulations for the removal of the consequences of extraordinary circumstances and unforeseen damage to forests are taken into account.
