The City of Wülfrath intends to construct a new fire and rescue station (FRW) on part of the former railway station site in Wülfrath. With the present procedure, the City of Wülfrath is awarding general planning services for the implementation of the project. The services to be awarded include general planning services, overall project planning including fire service-specific rooms (workshops, storage etc.), open spaces, structural design, technical equipment including fire service-specific rooms (workshops, storage etc.), thermal insulation and energy balancing, energy consulting-subsidies, building acoustics, room acoustics for selected rooms, fire protection, civil engineering structures for drainage work on its own property and in the public space up to the discharge point into the public sewer system including necessary retention and/or infiltration devices, overall services for the commissioning of objects, overall service spectrum for Building Information Modeling (BIM). The contract will be awarded in stages.
