The subject of the contract awarded by this tender is: “Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for software products and development of the Technological Architecture of the Customs Agency”. The subject of the public procurement is divided into the following distinct lots: Lot No. 1 with the subject: “Delivery of licenses, installation and configuration of a corporate email system, updates and usage rights for new versions of software products for 36 months and development of the Technological Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to software products for corporate email”; Lot No. 2 with the subject: “Delivery of support licenses, updates and usage rights for new versions of HCL Domino software products for 12 months and development of the Technological Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to HCL Domino software products”; Lot No. 3 with the subject: “Delivery of new subscriptions and support subscriptions, updates and usage rights for new versions of Red Hat software products for 12 months and development of the Technological Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to Red Hat”; Lot No. 4 with the subject: “Delivery of support licenses, updates and usage rights for new versions of Informix DBMS software products for 12 months and development of the Technological Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to Informix DBMS”; Lot No. 5 with the subject: “Delivery of support subscriptions for the EDB PostgreSQL relational database and development of the Technological Architecture of the Customs Agency, in relation to the EDB PostgreSQL relational database”; Lot No. 6 with the subject: “Ensuring the continuation of the right to use and support license subscriptions for a comprehensive, integrated solution for protection against malicious code for the needs of the Customs Agency (AM)”; Lot No. 7 with the subject: “Delivery of a solution for protection and monitoring of web application servers F5 Advanced WAF (Web Application Firewall) appliances with hardware and software support for 36 months”; Lot No. 8 with the subject: “Delivery of licenses and support for IBM QRadar SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) software products”; Lot No. 9 with the subject: “Updating an automated system for monitoring, analyzing and managing events related to the information security of the Customs Agency (SIEM) and renewing support”; Lot No. 10 with the subject: “Providing licenses for updating/extending the right to use and support for Netwrix Auditor software products for 36 months”; Lot No. 11 with the subject: “Providing licenses for support and usage rights for new versions of the Microsoft Core Infrastructure Server Suite Datacenter 2025 with - Software Assurance Package software product for 36 months”; Lot No. 12 with the subject: “Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for new versions of data backup software for 12 months”; Lot No. 13 with the subject: “Providing subscriptions for a cloud service allowing the organization of conference meetings for 36 months”; Lot No. 14 with the subject: “Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for new versions of a solution for secure written communication through message exchange Rocketchat”; Lot No. 15 with the subject: “Delivery of subscription and support rights for a modular software system for Property Management in the Customs Agency for 36 months”; Lot No. 16 with the subject: “Providing the right to use, full subscription service of a system for processing and calculating labor and non-labor remunerations OMEGATIM LIVE for 24 months”; Lot No. 17 with the subject: “Delivery of licenses for updating/extending the right to use and support for Server Studio Suite Edition, Sentinel Server Suite Edition and DBVisualizer Pro software products for 12 months”; Lot No. 18 with the subject: “Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for new versions of GREX EDIFACT TO XML converter for 12 months”; Lot No. 19 with the subject: “Providing licenses for support and usage rights for new versions of internet investigation software PATERVA MALTEGO for 12 months”; Lot No. 20 with the subject: “Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for Adobe software products”; Lot No. 21 with the subject: “Delivery of subscription and support rights for dWare OS application “Leave Cards of the Customs Agency”; Lot No. 22 with the subject: “Providing licenses for updating/extending the right to use and support for the business management system for cases – NZOOM”. Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, it is envisaged that lots from No. 17 to No. 22 inclusive will be awarded in accordance with the procedure provided for the individual estimated value of each of them, since the estimated value of each individual lot from No. 17 to No. 22 inclusive does not exceed 79,998.77 euros without VAT and the total estimated value of lots from No. 17 to No. 22 inclusive (amounting to 93,878.27 euros without VAT), awarded in this way, does not exceed 20 per cent (1,670,745.85 euros without VAT) of the total estimated value of the contract, amounting to 8,353,729.27 euros without VAT. In view of the above, through this open procedure, lots from No. 1 to No. 16 inclusive, whose estimated value is in the amount of 8,259,851.00 euros without VAT, will be awarded. After applying the provision of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act and awarding lots from No. 17 to No. 22 inclusive, the remaining value of the open procedure with the subject: “Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for software products and development of the technological architecture of the Customs Agency” amounts to 8,259,851.00 euros without VAT.
