Bulgaria – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – „Доставка на хранителни продукти за нуждите на Детска кухня, Общински домашен социален патронаж, Дом за стари хора с. Бохот, социални и детски заведения на територията на Община Плевен“ по шест обособени позиции

The subject of the present public procurement is: "Delivery of food products for the needs of the Children's Kitchen, Municipal Home Social Patronage, Elderly Home Bohot, and social and children's institutions on the territory of Pleven Municipality". The subject and volume of the public procurement, including each of the distinct positions, involves the execution of periodic deliveries of food and food products, with characteristics and forecast quantities as specified in the Technical Specification for the respective distinct position, as follows: - Distinct Position No. 1 – "Delivery of meat and meat products"; - Distinct Position No. 2 – "Delivery of milk and dairy products"; - Distinct Position No. 3 – "Delivery of bread, bakery products and flour"; - Distinct Position No. 4 – "Delivery of soups, spices, confectionery, nuts and others"; - Distinct Position No. 5 – "Delivery of fruits, vegetables and preserves"; - Distinct Position No. 6 – "Delivery of eggs". The type and characteristics of the food products are specified in the Technical Specification – for each distinct position. The quantities specified in the Technical Specification are forecast. The contracting authority reserves the right not to order the full specified quantity of food products by type and/or number, without this giving rise to any adverse consequences for it. The contracting authority will order the delivery of food products in accordance with the needs arising. In the subject of the public procurement, in the separate groups of food products, products with the label "BIO" are included, which will be delivered during the execution of the contract, and which must be in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and the labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and the acts implementing it.
