The State of Schleswig-Holstein intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of personalised, modular, ballistic protective vest systems (MSS) according to the new Technical Guideline Protective Vest (as of 01.06.2026) Protection Class Handgun (SK KW) with stab protection + ST (K1) and in combination with an upgrade solution according to the new Protection Class SK Long Gun I (LW I). The following maximum value applies to this framework agreement for the services to be provided during the tender period: 13,007,000.00 € net. Upon reaching this maximum value, the framework agreement will automatically expire, regardless of the originally agreed term.
