D.LIVE GmbH & Co. KG is a leading company in the field of live entertainment and event management based in Düsseldorf. Our mission is to create unique experiences that excite and connect people. We are responsible for the planning, execution, and marketing of events in the city's most significant locations, including the PSD BANK DOME, MERKUR SPIEL ARENA, Mitsubishi Electric HALLE, or the Rheinterrasse Düsseldorf.

The Rheinterrasse Düsseldorf is located at Joseph-Beuys-Ufer 33 in 40479 Düsseldorf. The building was constructed in 1925/1926 by the architect Wilhelm Kreis and expanded in 1994 with an addition that includes the Radschlägersaal. It defines the location on the Rhine and is used for event and gastronomy purposes. The building has been under monument protection since 1982.

Current Condition Existing investigations indicate maintenance and renovation needs in various areas of the building. These affect, among other things, parts of the building envelope, the roof structure, and selected interior areas. Various inventory and investigation documents are available for the building. These will be made available to the selected offices in the further course of the procedure.

Objective of the Measure The objective of the project is the sustainable securing and conservation-appropriate renovation of the building as well as the long-term assurance of usability, taking into account the requirements of monument protection.

Scope of the Measure The specific scope of the measures is to be determined and specified within the scope of the planning services. The measure presumably includes investigations as well as planning and renovation measures on the roof, facades, and selected interior areas of the building.

Planning Task The subject of the order are planning services for the investigation, evaluation, and conservation-appropriate renovation of the building. The aim is to develop a sustainable and economical renovation concept taking into account the requirements of monument preservation as well as the future use of the building.
