Procurement, in the form of a supply contract, for a long-term digital preservation system in the cloud (Software as a Service - SaaS) for the Documentation and Archive Service of the University of the Balearic Islands. The service must include the preservation software, redundant cloud storage, data migration from the current system (LIBSAFE Classic), evolutionary and corrective maintenance, updates, technical support and user personnel training, in accordance with the OAIS (ISO 14721) and ISO 16363 standards.
