The subject of the tender is the further development, optimisation and quality assurance of the existing SAP-based system landscape of the contracting authority, in particular in the areas of SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Platform and the central Test Factory. The contract includes the provision of qualified external services for specialist, process and technical support throughout the entire lifecycle of the IT systems. This includes, in particular, analysis, conception, implementation, test support, as well as continuous further development and stabilisation of the productive system landscape and operational tasks. The focus is on: - further development and adaptation of existing SAP applications to support energy sector business processes - optimisation and harmonisation of processes and data structures - ensuring and further developing central test governance, including test automation - integration of new technologies and methods, particularly in the area of test management and automation.
