The framework agreement will be executed through the award of subsequent contracts. The services are priced by unit prices. The present multi-beneficiary framework agreement aims to select economic operators responsible for the organisation and implementation of circuit stays for the elderly of the CCAS of Villepinte. It sets out the common administrative, technical and economic framework applicable to the services. The specific characteristics of each stay, including the destination, dates, duration, number of participants, programme, transport, accommodation, catering, excursions, escort, insurance and any particular requirements, will be specified during the re-competition of the holders and the award of each subsequent contract.
