France – Multi-functional buildings construction work – Travaux de Réhabilitation Ex-Campus VEOLIA à Jonage-Relance Macro- Lot3- techniques

This notice concerns the Rehabilitation of the former VEOLIA Campus in Jonage: Relance of technical macro-Lot No. 3. As part of a national restructuring of its office assets, RTE has acquired the VEOLIA campus, located in Jonage (69330). This new site, in direct proximity to Campus Transfo and the RTE Academy, aims to strengthen the existing expertise and innovation hub by complementing the teams of the 3 RTE Directions already present on Campus Transfo. The rehabilitation project for this new site plans to install 400 workstations and house Control Command platforms over approximately 970 m². This project will be carried out in two phases. A first phase of work will enable the installation of the Control Command platforms and 200 workstations by the summer of 2028, and a second phase of work will deliver the workspaces for the remaining 200 workstations according to a subsequent financing plan. The RTE Directions teams that will move to this new site are not yet known, so the workspaces must be designed to allow for great functional modularity. In this context, it is specified that the technical choices should be considered with the aim of installing 400 workstations in the long term. All necessary conservation measures will be implemented in the first phase to ensure the addition of the 200 workstations in the second phase.
