The subject of the contract is the provision of technical assistance services to the Town Council of Illescas for the analysis and subsequent implementation of the management model for the water supply and sewerage services in the municipality. The subject of the present contract is consultancy, advisory and technical, legal and economic assistance to analyse the needs of the water supply and sewerage services of the municipality of Illescas and, based on these, to study the various management models permitted by the applicable legislation. Furthermore, once the most sustainable and efficient management method has been determined, it is in the interest of the Town Council to have a comprehensive assistance service for the implementation of the chosen modality as the most efficient form of INDIRECT MANAGEMENT.
