The Leibniz Centre for Archaeology (LEIZA) researches, as a Leibniz Research Museum for Archaeology, the material remains from 2.6 million years of human history. The aim is to illustrate and understand human behaviour and actions, human endeavours and thoughts, as well as the development and change of societies, based on archaeological finds and evidence. The services tendered in this procurement are needed for the redesign of the new permanent exhibition at the Mainz site. The procurement essentially comprises the trade of exhibition construction, which consists of the museum interior construction, the production of printed graphics and the exhibition lighting. A detailed description can be found in the attached tender documents. The exhibition is scheduled to open on 28.02.2028.
