The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of modular furniture for the Faculty of Law and Administration. The contracting authority does not accept partial bids. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: The subject of the contract constitutes a functional whole, dividing the contract into lots would entail excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of contract performance, and the lack of division is justified by organisational reasons, a possible division of the contract could seriously threaten the proper performance of the contract and the need to coordinate the actions of different contractors implementing individual parts of the contract could threaten the proper and timely implementation of the contract. Furthermore, the failure to divide into lots does not restrict competition by limiting the possibility of applying for it. 2. A detailed description and the method of contract implementation is contained in the Subject of Contract Description (SCD), which is Annex No. 1.1 to the Contract Notice. 3. The contracting authority envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Act. 4. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject matter of the proceedings if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 5. The contracting authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 6. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a guarantee of proper performance of the contract. 7.
