The procurement concerns property maintenance in the category of glazing services for successive orders and deliveries during the contract period. This includes repairs, fault rectification work, maintenance work, alteration and renovation work, as well as consultation. Renovation/replacement of awnings and blinds may also be procured. The municipalities (Forshaga, Grums, Hammarö and Kil) and Forshagabostäder wish to create a good business relationship with the contractor, where the client has confidence in the contractor and there is good cooperation. It is important that the workers who carry out the assignments at the workplace have good cooperative skills and are communicative, also with existing operations, tenants and/or third parties. The contractor shall coordinate, first and foremost, subcontractors appointed by the client and, secondly, its own appointed subcontractors. The coordination shall be such that the project is carried out with good quality and in a short time. The client may act as the coordination responsible, the client will notify the contractor of this at the time of ordering. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of four (4) contractors without any ranking. The client selects the contractor based on the assignment, competence, availability and price. If fewer contractors qualify, the agreement will be concluded with the contractors that qualify.
