France – Repair and maintenance services of boilers – Maintenance des installations thermiques et aérauliques des bâtiments communaux

This tender is for the award of a contract to an operator for the maintenance and operation of the thermal and aeration facilities of the local authority. By facilities, the following are meant: - the thermal and aeration facilities for the production of heating and Domestic Hot Water (DHW), - the air treatment, air conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (MV) facilities. The contract is established with a fixed price component (DPGF) and a framework agreement component (BPU). Framework agreement: The operator will be responsible for the corrective maintenance of the local authority's facilities through the supply and replacement of spare parts on demand. In the BPU, the operator must also indicate their hourly rate for accompanying visits by accredited bodies. The scope of the services is detailed in the CCTP. Bidders are not allowed to make any additions or modifications to it.
