France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Mission de maîtrise d’œuvre relative à l’extension du Tigre et à la réhabilitation du bâtiment 85 à Margny-lès-Compiègne

The Compiègne Regional Agglomeration has planned, in its Multi-Year Investment Programme, an operation to upgrade and extend the Tigre, as well as to rehabilitate Building 85, located in the immediate vicinity of the Tigre performance hall; it represents an additional volume to be exploited, with the following objectives: -To support year-round tourism by increasing added value and economic benefits to the local economy; -To develop the offers proposed by adapting them to the needs identified in the territory to attract new clientele; -To enhance the territory's influence, identity and economic sectors; -To support local animation. This is a complete project management mission. The Project Management Services are subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Code (relating to Public Project Ownership and its relations with Private Project Management) in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2430-1, L2431-1 and L2431-2, R. 2431-1 to R. 2431-3 and R. 2431-19 to R. 2431-23 of the Public Procurement Code, specifying the technical modalities for the execution of project management mission elements entrusted by public project owners to private sector providers for building rehabilitation operations.
