Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-12 Roxadustat

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130c (1) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical enterprises for the active substance Roxadustat. The contract is concluded within the framework of the participating funds' Open-House-Originale procedure: individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.11.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.10.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. If the patent expires or the market exclusivity expires before the above end date, the contract automatically ends at the end of the month of patent expiry or market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
