This contract is a service contract with a performance obligation. It concerns the cleaning and maintenance (including glazing) of various sites in the city of Montluçon and its agglomeration, and includes the supply and installation of consumables. The consultation is launched within the framework of a purchasing group composed of the city of Montluçon (coordinator) and Montluçon communauté. The contract is divided into 4 lots. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sum prices.
