Description

The subject of the contracts is the successive delivery of vehicles provided under the DSZ for the Provincial Police Command in Szczecin. 2. The contracting authority intends to award several contracts during the validity of the DSZ. The awarding of contracts, including the quantity and value, will result from the current needs of the contracting authority and the available funds. 3. DSZ validity period: until 31.12.2028. 4. The expected period for placing orders covered by the DSZ: 1-2 times a year. 5. The subject of the contracts awarded under the DSZ has been divided into the following categories: CATEGORY I Delivery of passenger cars segment C a) The subject of the successively awarded contracts under the DSZ will be the delivery of cat. M1 vehicles meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard. b) The contracting authority intends to award a contract for vehicles with a closed body type: sedan, liftback, fastback, kombi, hatchback, c) The contracting authority estimates the total quantity of ordered vehicles at approximately 60 units. CATEGORY II Delivery of SUV passenger vehicles a) The subject of the successively awarded contracts under the DSZ will be the delivery of cat. M1 vehicles meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard. b) The contracting authority intends to award a contract for vehicles with a closed body type: suv c) The contracting authority estimates the total quantity of ordered vehicles at approximately 60 units. CATEGORY III Delivery of kombi-van passenger vehicles a) The subject of the successively awarded contracts under the DSZ will be the delivery of cat. M1 vehicles meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard. b) The contracting authority intends to award a contract for vehicles with a closed body type: kombi-van c) The contracting authority estimates the total quantity of ordered vehicles at approximately 40 units. CATEGORY IV Delivery of 8-seater bus passenger vehicles a) The subject of the successively awarded contracts under the DSZ will be the delivery of cat. M1 vehicles meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard. b) The contracting authority intends to award a contract for vehicles with a closed body type: van, multi-purpose minibus, c) The contracting authority estimates the total quantity of ordered vehicles at approximately 30 units. CATEGORY V Delivery of segment D passenger vehicles with enhanced parameters a) The subject of the successively awarded contracts under the DSZ will be the delivery of cat. M1 vehicles meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard. b) The contracting authority intends to award a contract for vehicles with a closed body type: van, multi-purpose minibus, c) The contracting authority estimates the total quantity of ordered vehicles at approximately 30 units. 6. The above quantities are indicative and do not constitute an obligation on the part of the contracting authority to fully realise them. 7. The contracting authority allows for the submission of applications and tenders in relation to each of the categories covered by the DSZ. 8. The contracting authority will specify the detailed description of the subject of the contract covered by the DSZ in the invitation to tender. 9. The estimated (indicative) value of the orders covered by the dynamic purchasing system is: 52,075,000.00 PLN net. 10. Main CPV code: 34110000-1 passenger cars (category M1-personal). 11. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract by own transport to the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Command in Szczecin, ul. Wernyhory 5, on weekdays from 8.00 – 15.00.
