AOK Bayern - The Health Fund (hereinafter "AOK Bayern" or "Seller") is the owner of the property at 83607 Holzkirchen, Rudolf-Diesel-Ring 23, which is developed with a 3-storey (ground floor + 1st floor + converted attic) office and administrative building that was used as an office building until early 2024. Since then, the office and administrative building has been vacant. The building was originally conceived by AOK Bayern as a data centre. In 2018, it was converted for pure office use. AOK Bayern intends to sell the property at 83607 Holzkirchen, Rudolf-Diesel-Ring 23, to a third party. AOK Bayern is conducting a structured bidding process for the sale of the property. It is expressly stated that this is not a formal tendering procedure under the provisions of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the Award of Contracts Regulations (VgV). To the extent that a notice is published via the EU platform for public procurement (TED) or any other procurement platform, this serves only to ensure procedural transparency. This does not involve any submission to procurement regulations or any corresponding self-binding of the seller. Bidders do not acquire any corresponding subjective rights.
