France – Construction work – MARCHE GLOBAL DE PERFORMANCE POUR LA RENOVATION ENERGETIQUE AVEC GARANTIE DE PERFORMANCE (REGAP) DE LYCEES DE LA REGION PAYS DE LA LOIRE - SÉLECTION DE CANDIDATURE

This contract is awarded by the Pays de la Loire Region for the award of a public performance contract (MGP) as defined in Article L. 2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract comprises 2 lots, each relating to a designated Local Public Educational Establishment (EPLE) in the DCE. Each lot includes:

• Engineering services, notably the following phases:

o Preliminary design studies APS: Update of the APS

o Definitive design studies APD

o Project studies PRO

o Execution studies EXE

o Contract works supervision DET

o Assistance to the project owner during reception operations and the perfect completion guarantee period AOR

o Scheduling, Management and Coordination OPC

• Implementation of Energy Renovation works within the contractual perimeter;

• Commissioning;

• Operation, maintenance and total guarantee (services "P2", "P3") of technical installations (according to the programme summary);

• Energy measurement, verification and monitoring;

• User awareness. Each lot constitutes a public performance contract.
