Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-05 Alectinib

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130c para. 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Alectinib. The contract is concluded under the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months for TK, starting on 01.08.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.07.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract will automatically expire at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
