The subject of the supply is the modernisation and extension of the functionalities of the information systems of the PNKM – the hospital (NIS) and laboratory (LIS) systems – in the areas of electronic processing, and healthcare documentation, for example, the electronic processing, processing and storage of healthcare documentation in original and structured standardised form, processing of healthcare data and electronic processing of hospital processes, etc., long-term reliable archiving of electronic documentation, support for new processes within the hospital and their electronic processing and the possibility of their implementation not only in the hospital, but also remotely by connecting to the infrastructure of systems and services of the accredited affiliated domain, exchange networks in the Zlín Region, NCPeH and other eHealth systems and electronic healthcare services in the Czech Republic, ensuring access to electronic healthcare documentation for authorised recipients, both healthcare professionals providing healthcare services, and patients and persons authorised by patients within the online services of the Patient Portal. The fulfilment of the VZ also includes indefinite servicing services for modernised information systems, application software, related technologies and equipment. The subject of the public contract is precisely defined in terms of technical documentation, which forms Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation. If a specific product or technology is defined in this tender documentation, it is to be understood that the minimum required standard is defined thereby and in the offer it can be replaced by a product or technology with comparable or better parameters fulfilling the conditions of the tender documentation. This public contract is co-financed from the grant programme - 78. Call - Integrated Regional Operational Programme 2021-2027; CZ.06.01.01/00/23_078/0006086. The co-financing relates to the delivery of the work in the scope according to the contract for work (Annex No. 6 of the tender documentation), not to the subsequent provision of services according to the service contract (Annex No. 7 of the tender documentation).
