The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement in accordance with Section 131 of the Act, on the basis of which a public procurement contract for the supply of powerpacks and spare parts for the interchangeable system, ref. 847, will be awarded to the single selected supplier, according to the procedure defined in the Framework Agreement and the estimated quantities MJ specified in the Framework Agreement.
