Procurement of a modern, cloud-based whiteboard solution to sustainably strengthen collaborative work for employees in hybrid teams. The provision of the solution is to be made as a SaaS model. The solution must integrate seamlessly into the existing Microsoft-365 environment, meet EU legal requirements (in particular data protection/compliance) and enable a controllable introduction including migration of existing content.
