The above quantities are estimated and serve the Contractor as an aid in preparing the offer and correctly calculating the costs of implementing the contract. The Contracting Authority is not obligated to implement the contract in full estimated scope, and the actual quantity of waste handed over for collection, transport and disposal will result from the Contracting Authority's current needs. The Contracting Authority guarantees, however, that during the contract period it will hand over to the Contractor for collection, transport and disposal at least 450 Mg of waste with code 19 12 12. The waste covered by this contract must be transported and then disposed of in facilities that have permits for processing these wastes in a recovery process, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard and with the use of at least one recovery process from R1 to R12, as defined in the non-exhaustive list of recovery processes constituting Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). 5.
